On November 10, 2022, Dr. Alica Kizeková visited Korea University to have a talk with Professor Jae-Seung Lee, a director of the Nordic-Benelux Center & EU Centre. Dr. Alica Kizeková, the head of Asia Pacific Unit, is a senior researcher at the Centre for the Study of Global Regions in Institute of International Relations in Prague (IIR). During her visit, she had a brief tour of the campus and talked about the culture of both nations. The discussion stretched to the prospect of academic cooperation between the Centre and IIR. The exchange of young scholars who are interested in Central/Eastern Europe and vice versa was discussed, as well as possible invitation of scholars for special lecture or seminars. Dr. Kizeková introduced Visegrad 4’s academic programs which foreign students can participate. The meeting ended with fruitful discussions and advices from both sides.
